Position: Registered Manager
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Alvo are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well established and highly supportive medium sized family run care home in Middlesbrough.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager looking for a long term position with an organisation that values stability, commitment and quality care.
The Role:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance
• Maintain strong CQC standards and oversee quality processes
• Lead, support and develop the care team
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals
About You:
• Previous Registered Manager experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Proven longevity and stability in previous roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
